CASL Accreditations and Quality Systems

CASL operates a quality management system in accordance with EN ISO/IEC 17020 and 17024. The scopes cover the witnessing, testing and certification of permanent joining qualifications, welding procedure publication, NDT operator certification and conformity assessment as a RTPO under the PED (CE) and PE(S)R (UKCA/NI).

We are committed to providing an impartial inspection and certification activity which does not allow for this to be compromised through external influences such as financial, commercial or other.’

As a RTPO this further demonstrates our commitment to quality and integrity, it also confirms our professionalism and the acceptability of the certification that we issue.

• CASL operate in accordance with ISO/IEC 17020 Type A inspection body and we are also an accredited body for the certification of persons under ISO/IEC 17024
• CASL is an appointed recognised third party organisation (RTPO) under the PED (CE) and PE(S)R (UKCA/NI) we have been appointed to carry out permanent joining and NDT Operator qualifications for manufacturers

All welding certification is issued and approved under the control of a certified European and International Welding Engineer, so quality, accuracy and attention to detail can be guaranteed. The permanent joining and NDT certificates we issue are universally accepted due to the accreditation and certifications we hold.

CASL operates with integrity and impartiality as a Type A inspection and certification body in accordance with ISO/IEC 17020 for joining procedures  and we offer 17024 certification for joining and NDT operators.
